A popular attraction just 1 mile out of Sedbergh is the Farfield Mill arts and heritage centre, and for anyone interested in history, the Quaker Meeting House, a mile down the Kirkby Lonsdale road, is well worth a visit. There is also a very nice walk along the river and railway embankment.
