Property Description
This detached former fisherman's bothy is one of a small group of houses in a wonderful seaside location, accessed by a farm road with a section of track, and with the stunning beach just yards away. The cottage is quaint and quirky. It is a genuine converted working bothy, with the comfortable living room and kitchen open plan to each other, and a separate bedroom and bathroom. The wood burner adds further to the cosy atmosphere, where you can relax in comfort after a day out walking or taking in the sea air. The house is sheltered by the sand dunes, and just beyond is the magnificent 3-mile crescent of sand which makes up Lunan Bay, one of the finest beaches in Scotland.
