There is also a shower room with WC located on the ground floor. Taking the stairs to the first-floor guests will love the second lounge with its beamed ceiling comfortable sofas TV/DVD. To one end of this room a small balcony offers views over the surrounding gardens and beyond. There are two bedrooms in the property both of which benefit from an en-suite bathroom (no further details): the first of these is a king-size room whilst the second is a twin room which can be made up as a double on request. Outside there are an impressive three acres of beautifully designed gardens to explore which are shared with the owner including a stunning wildlife pond.
