The beach offers plenty of activities for families from volleyball to kite surfing while the bustling coastal town of Rye is also only three miles away. Here guests can find an array of independent shops cafes and restaurants and sample plenty of freshly caught seafood. Step into this cottage through a spacious hallway which leads into an inviting sitting room. With a feature fireplace solid oak furnishings coastal artwork and soft tones this is a cosy and calming space in which to relax after a long day at the beach. There is a sun room behind which has a sofa bed so that it can be used as an additional bedroom if needed. The kitchen features a monochrome floor wooden cabinets and a large window to allow in plenty of natural light. Here you will find a fridge/freezer electric oven and hob dishwasher washer/dryer microwave and coffee machine with an initial supply of capsules. Once you have finished preparing your meals head over to the dining table that overlooks the front garden through a large sash window. Upstairs the first bedroom features a king-sized bed plenty of storage space and an en-suite shower room with power shower. The second bedroom is located at the front of the house and can either act as a twin room or super-king with the use of a zip-and-link bed. The third bedroom has twin beds ideal for children and shares the family bathroom that has a shower over bath. Outside you will find an enclosed pebbled and decked garden which is the perfect spot for a summer BBQ.
