This large beach front holiday property in Pendine, Carmarthenshire offers lots of living space and fabulous sea views from most of the rooms.
Pendine Sands stretch for 7 miles and as well as being a beautiful beach for relaxing and walking on have seen several world land speed records broken from Sir Malcom Campbell in his car Bluebird in 1924 to Idris Elba's flying mile record in a Bentley Continental in 2015.
The village of Pendine has several shops (some seasonal), a pub and a restaurant.
The present owners' great grandfather built the house having fallen in love with the area when commissioned to build the sea wall.
Ground Floor
Entrance is via the side door into the light and airy hallway.
A door leads to the open plan kitchen and dining room.
The fully fitted white gloss kitchen has a large electric range cooker, dishwasher, tall fridge freezer, microwave oven and washing machine.
A door leads to the parking area.
The dining area has two matching dining tables with 12 chairs – the tables can be used separately or as one very long table.
At the end of the room is a sitting area with two comfy sofas, a smart TV and glazed patio doors.
The sitting room has two sofas, an armchair and occasional furniture.
The family bathroom has a suite of bath with shower over, WC and hand basin.
First Floor
There are three bedrooms on the first floor.
bedroom 1 has a king size bed.
bedroom 2 has a double bed and a dressing area with space for a cot.
bedroom 3 has twin beds.
The shower room has a suite of shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.

Second Floor
There are another three bedrooms on the second floor which has sloped ceilings and velux windows.

All the bedrooms have bedroom furniture and all the beds will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival.
Garden and Parking
There is a lawned garden to the fore of the property with a low wall.
Garden chairs and a small table are provided.
There are parking spaces to the rear of the house for two cars and more are available in the council car park ( £3 per day).
There are 4 nearby caravans with shared use of the gated drive.
Strictly no parking on the sea front at any time.
Other Information
There is oil central heating throughout which is included in the rental from May to September and charged for at £50 per week from October to April (payable when booking).
Solar panels provide electricity for which there is no charge.
A cot and highchair are provided.
Towels are NOT provided.
Wifi enabled.
Telephone on honesty basis (owner checks bills).
