Originally built around 200 years ago as outbuildings, stables and pigsty, S58841 was completely renovated in 2013 – with new thatch, all new fittings and gas central heating throughout. An old, low stable-door has been retained which leads to a sun-trap south and west facing courtyard. Located in the south of the National Park, Tiptoe is close to New Milton and Sway – a good base for exploring both the south coast and the New Forest. Lounge: with 40″ FreeView Smart LED TV, DVD player, CD player/radio with ipod docking station, WiFi, and a gas log-effect stove. On one side there is one step down to a dining area with a table and seating for four.
Kitchen: with newly fitted gas hob, electric fan oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher, plinth heater, fridge/freezer and microwave.
Bedroom: with king size bed, TV with DVD player, and views over the private garden.
Bathroom: with bath and shower over, hand basin, WC and towel-rail radiator.
Outside: A large, private garden, overseen by an impressive forest oak tree, is laid to lawn and borders with brick-built barbecue and garden furniture. Adjacent garage with space to leave bicycles and containing an extensive collection of garden furniture. Separate south facing courtyard with garden furniture.
Included: Bed linen and towels, electricity and all heating throughout , Smart TV , unlimited broadband and Wi-Fi, and first bag of barbecue charcoal . Bring own beach towels.
Children No children, but an infant is welcome – please provide own high chair, and cot.
Pets One well-behaved cat or dog welcome – but absolutely not allowed in the bedroom. (Please note there is a standard pet charge of £25 per pet per week.)

Parking Private parking on the driveway for one car, and in a lay-by in the lane for another.

Shops Large local farm shop 1 mile; shops in Sway 1.8 miles, New Milton 3 miles and Lymington 6 miles

Short breaks available at any time low season between November to 28 February except over Christmas & New Year and mid-season when booked within 2 weeks prior to holiday.
