Peasenhall & Sibton villages are only half a mile by road, offering a village pub, The Sibton White Horse Inn , two butchers, a local store and an antiques shop.

S86084 is the ideal base from which to explore the Suffolk countryside on foot, with a footpath behind the barn leading directly onto the Sibton Estate.

The Suffolk Coast has 50 miles of heritage coastline with beautiful beaches and seaside towns and villages to discover such as Aldeburgh, Thorpeness and Orford.

See all manner of birds and wildlife at Minsmere , the rspbs coastal nature reserve, which is a short 15 minute drive away.

There are some excellent historic sites nearby including Framlingham Castle , Orford Castle and Sutton Hoo , a fascinating Anglo-Saxon royal burial site.
