The accommodation is divided over the top two floors of an attractive Victorian house with the living area making the most of the spectacular position – it is ideally suited to families with older children or perhaps couples looking for a central, convenient base from which to explore the town.Location At the very lower end of Devon Road and overlooking Courtenay Park, just 100 yards walk from Salcombe's picturesque waterfront, shops and restaurants.

ENTRANCE From Devon Road a shared entrance leads into a communal hallway and then access to the apartment. A flight of stairs lead up to the first floor landing.

BEDROOMS Three in total. The en suite master bedroom has a super-King size bed, pine drawers, dressing table and wardrobe, and wonderful estuary views. The en suite shower is fully tiled with shower, bidet, basin and w.c.. The second bedroom is a twin with two pine framed single beds, bedside unit and drawers, whilst the third has a set of bunk beds with pine drawers. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided. Tenants will require beach and tea towels.

BATH/SHOWER ROOMS In addition to the en suite (above) is a family bathroom with bath, shower (over), w.c. and basin.

KITCHEN /SITTING/DINING ROOM A recently refurbished, open-plan living space on the upper floor of the property with superb views across the estuary. The modern and well-equipped kitchen has a range of Shaker style units, four-ring halogen hob, electric double oven, microwave, small fridge, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules required), The dining area has an extending oak table seating up to six in total. The sitting room has a large L-shaped sofa, coffee table TV, Blu-ray DVD player and hi-fi. A glazed door leads out to the balcony.

OUTSIDE A decked balcony (accessed from the sitting room) with 2 wooden benches.

PARKING : A seasonal parking pass is provided for the long-stay car park from 31st March to 29th September 2017 (5-10 minutes walk away).
