Stunning Brighton Apartment

2 People|1 Bedrooms|

Property Description

Totally unique, this fabulous one bedroom apartment is on a floating pontoon within Brighton Marina Village. Be amongst some of the finest boats in the Marina!

This very individual accommodation for two is in the heart of the marina complex. These are wonderful upper tier apartments located on the pontoon that stretches out into the marina. If you want to enjoy the best of the Marina village then S60636 could not put you in a more central location with the restaurants within the complex offering alfresco dining less than 100 metres away.

The accommodation is perfect for short breaks from two nights onwards and in many ways a stay here resembles a small suite found on board a cruise liner. Like a cruise ship it rises and falls about 25 feet each day!

Enter the accommodation and the living room opens out onto a private west facing balcony that overlooks the yachts moored below. As you enter there is a small galley kitchen which has a two ring induction hob, microwave oven and fridge with ice box. Enough to enjoy some light meals but with the wide choice of restaurants available you may decide against eating in! Upstairs there is a mezzanine double bedroom with a bed height window that looks east along the chalk cliffs over the mast heads towards Saltdean and Rottingdean. Downstairs there is a shower room with a large shower cubicle nicely packaged into the space that is available.

Brighton Marina and beyond

This vibrant south coast marina is a popular destination and is just two miles east of Brighton city centre. It is a pleasant walk west along the promenade to the centre of Brighton. The Volks Electric Railway, the first electric railway in England runs between the marina and Brighton Pier, linking you also to the Brighton Sea Life Centre.

Brighton is a cosmopolitan and bustling city offering a variety of interests to suit many tastes and fashions. It is famous for the Royal Pavilion, the summer palace of the Prince Regent. Close to the Pavilion is the Brighton Dome and the Theatre Royal. The Brighton Laines are a popular aea to saunter and enjoy with a variety of individual shops, jewellers, restaurants and bars. The North Laines has more recently become popular being a trendy area to visit.

Walk east from the marina along the lower cliff path and enjoy a pleasant and traffic free walk to Saltdean and Rottingdean.
