No. 3, a very comfortable, fresh and bright, all on one level, ground floor apartment is furnished in an attractive New England style with some pretty painted furniture and French doors from all main rooms opening to a sunny private terrace with the pool beyond.

Accommodation:
Level entrance into a communal hallway with private front door to the apartment. Hallway. The spacious, most attractive living room has double French doors to the terrace, attractive plantation shutters, limed oak flooring and generous comfortable sofas. A flat screen TV with DVD is provided together with broadband, iPod connections and WiFi. The very smart, well-equipped kitchen area has a ceramic hob, electric double ovens, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, separate freezer and an extending dining table to seat up to 6. Off the hallway is a utility room with washing machine, condenser dryer, wash basin, drying rack and coat hooks. There are two delightful bedrooms both with French doors to the terrace. Twin bedroom with two 2ft 6in beds that can be clipped together to form a 5ft double bed. En-suite tiled shower room with power shower, basin and WC. The second room has a 5ft double bed, fitted cupboards and an en-suite tiled bathroom with bath, shower over, twin stone wash-basins and WC.
Outside:
A gated driveway shared between the apartments, has designated parking for one car with further visitor parking. A path leads around the side of the building to the enclosed lawn gardens that rise gently to the cliff edge that drops away to the beach below. The superb heated pool is surrounded by a paved area and is directly opposite the private enclosed terrace of No. 3 that is supplied with table and chairs to seat 8. Please Note: The cliff edge is not fenced and children will need to be supervised at all times.
Parking: Designated space for one car. Further visitor parking. Free parking in nearby National Trust car park for NT Members.
