This pretty stone cottage is situated at the edge of the small village of Dinas in north Pembrokeshire and is within easy walking distance of the small cove at Aberbach. There is a lovely walk down to the beach through the lane close by. It has been approved for walking and cycling by the welsh tourist board.
It is also close to Pwllgwaelod beach, from where one can walk around the spectacular Dinas Island headland to the little beach at Cwm Yr Eglwys. For those who prefer hill walking, the heart of the Preseli Hills with their famous blue stones is just a few minutes drive away.
This holiday cottage has easy access and spacious accommodation, double glazing and full central heating, ideal for a couple or small family.
On the opposite side of the road is an acre of ground for your use, with summer house, large fishpond and a woodland garden with fir trees, rhododendrons, camellias and a variety of flowering shrubs. Garden furniture is also provided.
This single storey cottage, which is extremely spacious is very well furnished and equipped.
The entrance leads into a light airy hallway and onto the :
kitchen which is fully fitted, with pine kitchen units, electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher and automatic washing machine; dining table and chairs.
The lounge is very comfortably furnished with settee and easy chairs, circular dining table and chairs, 43″ HD ready TV with Freeview, video, DVD and CD/radio mini system. There is a bookcase, a few puzzles and maps.
The large bedroom contains a kingsize bed and a single bed. Bedlinen is provided for the beds which have duvets.
The bathroom contains bath with electric shower, wash hand basin and WC. There is a tumble drier in the garage, this also has access to the cottage with a ramp for wheelchair users .
Garden and Parking

Parking space for one car on grass in front of cottage.
There is a lockable garage available to store bicycles and larger sports equipment.
Other Information
Oil-fired central heating throughout with oil and electricity included May to September and charged at a flat rate of £25 per week at all other times – please pay at cottage. To help the environment solar PV panels have been fitted.
A travel cot and highchair are available on request.
