Property Description

Perched on the edge of the Gwendraeth Valley, with panoramic picture-postcard views of the valley below and peacefully nestled on the owner's small holding, this beautiful, single-storey, detached holiday property is the perfect escape for guests looking to escape the stresses of everyday life. This really is the perfect location to unwind and get away from the hustle and bustle, with access to the large meadows and of course the Gwendraeth River, which meanders through the valley below. S79569, the former milking parlour, has been lovingly restored back to its former glory and offers a spacious open plan living space, with a focal wood burner and original beams.

A 20-minute drive away will take you to Pembrey Country Park, with its many footpaths, 8 miles of golden sandy beach, 550 acres of woodlands, a dri-ski slope and the longest toboggan run in Wales.
