The Lodge is situated within Parkmill, which is a small rural settlement on the Gower Peninsula, located just off the South Gower road. It is a beautiful wooded area at the bottom of a valley which has seen little change since the mid 19th century.
A short drive from the cottage you will find the world famous and widely photographed Three Cliffs Bay, with Pennard Castle proudly overlooking the wooded valley and beach. Family fun can also be had at the entertaining Gower Heritage Centre, which is a rural life museum based around a working 12th century water-mill and with the Gower Inn restaurant just down the road, S87293 truly is in a great location. For your convenience there is also a local food store and the Little Valley bakery a few minutes by car.

Kitchen/Diner: Well-equipped kitchen with electric oven, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, freezer. Further dining area with table and chairs for 4 people. Entrance to rear garden.
First Floor
Bathroom: Small bathroom with corner shower, wash hand basin and WC.
Bedroom 1: Triple sleeper with single bed and a bunk bed, open area for hanging and folding clothes, bedside tables with secondary lighting.
Bedroom 2: Double bed, open area for folding and hanging clothes, bedside tables with secondary lighting and an armchair.
Bedroom 3: Master bedroom with king sized bed, bedside tables with secondary lighting, dressing table, open hanging and folding space for clothes and a corner shower unit.
External: Off the kitchen there is access to secure rear garden. Laid with patio and chippings it comes complete with garden seating area. To the side of the cottage there is off road parking with ample space for 2-3 cars.
**Please note** S87293 can sleep up to 7 people although the decision has been made to advertise it for 6 people ideally, due to the number and size of bathrooms within the property.
**Please note** Visitors are not to enter the Manor grounds as it is a working environment Mon-Sun.
