The Italianate village of Portmeirion, location of the cult TV series 'The Prisoner', and an annual music festival is easily accessible. Criccieth with its magnificent medieval castle and a fine range of pubs, shops and restaurants is just 4 miles away, and the village of Chwilog has a small shop and village pub within 500 yards.
