This pretty cottage is within a few minutes' walk of the market town yet enjoys a peaceful location on a quiet lane on the outskirts of Cardigan. The cottage is ideal for exploring both Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire.
Nearby beaches include Mwnt, Patch, Aberporth, Tresaith and Poppit.
The all Wales Coast Path (where you can enjoy spectacular coastal scenery and maybe spot a dolphin), can be joined nearby.
Explore New Quay, Aberaeron, Newport and St Davids.
Entrance is into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with a vaulted beam ceiling, stone and wood floors.
The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
The dining area has an oval table with 6 rattan chairs. The sitting area has a woodburning stove, 2 comfy sofas, tub chair, TV, DVD player and items of occasional furniture.
The utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, central heating boiler and space for coats and boots.
There are three bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, dressing table, wardrobe, desk, chair and TV with DVD player.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, desk, chair and a TV with DVD player.
Bedroom 3 has two single beds, bedside tables and wardrobe.
Patio doors lead out to the garden.
All the beds will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival.
The family Shower room has a large walk in shower which is suitable for less able guests, WC, hand basin and heated towel rail.
Garden and Parking
There are ample gated grounds with a lawn, patio, barbecue in a gazebo and garden furniture.
The cottage garden looks over open fields and woodland.
There is parking space for 3 or 4 cars.
An access ramp leads to the front door.
Other Information
A private hot tub is provided to the rear of the property. This is charged at £60 per week and will be applied when booking (appears as “fuel charge”).
Heating and electricity are included in the rental.
A basket of logs will be provided at the start of your holiday, more are available locally.
Towels are provided, but not for beach use.
A travel cot and highchair are available.
Up to 2 well behaved pets welcome but must be kept on the hard floor areas. No smoking.
