Centrally located for visiting both coastlines to the north is Weston-Super-Mare and to the south is the Jurassic coast with the towns of Seaton Lyme Regis and Exmouth. Countless day trips include a day at Taunton races one mile Enmore Park Golf Course and shopping opportunities at Glastonbury Wells Bath and Clarks outlet shopping village. Or if you wish to explore further afield Taunton train station is only two miles. Walk through the shared porch which takes you to a path this will lead you through the owners enclosed garden to the deceptively spacious detached single-storey lodge. You are welcomed into the luxurious accommodation where you will be greeted by the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which is bursting with beautiful features all sourced locally including an exposed beam and a hanging willow swing chair . Attention to detail is second to none with gorgeous furnishings complemented by stunning lighting. Why not relax on the comfy sofa while watching your favourite programme on the Smart TV or enjoy a DVD. The kitchen area has patio doors opening onto a private patio and is very well-equipped with an electric oven and gas hob fridge with ice compartment microwave dishwasher and washer/dryer perfect for trying out new recipes or old family favourites. Comfort has not been compromised especially when it comes to a good night s sleep with the king-size bedroom again beautifully finished and also has a TV should you wish to enjoy a lie in or two. There is also a contemporary en-suite jack and jill shower room with a shower and WC (it can also be accessed via the lounge). At the front of the owner s home there is a designated off-road parking space for one car with further roadside parking nearby.
