A delightful converted Malt House situated in 800 acres of farmland within the Pembrokeshire National Park.

The Coastal Path is just three miles away and offers over 186 miles of stunning scenery and walking. St Davids, Newgale and Solva are all short drive away and offer a selection of eateries, small shops and galleries.

The owners have lovingly restored the original walled garden of just over a third of an acre, and planted it with a superb range of cottage garden plants.

There is a tiny church just a few yards from the cottage making this a very appealing location for a relaxing holiday.

Entrance into hallway and through to the open-plan lounge and dining room.

The lounge area enjoys views over the lawned garden which has a picnic table and barbecue. The lounge has a gas coal effect fire, two seater sofa, comfortable armchair, colour TV, DVD with selection of DVDs, radio cassette, large well stocked bookcase and occasional furniture.

The dining area has a dining table with 2 chairs.

The kitchen is located just off the dining area and has a range of fully fitted units incorporating an electric oven and hob, large fridge with separate freezer, microwave oven and a studio washing machine.

The spacious bedroom has a 5' pine bedstead, built in mirrored wardrobes, dressing table with drawers and bedside tables. The bed is made up with sheets and blankets and a duvet will be available.

The shower room is also very spacious and has a wheel in shower (suitable for the semi-ambulant), with wet room floor, WC and wash hand basin. As of August 2017 there will be a total refurbishment comprising a new walk in shower (with deluge), bath, WC and hand basin.

Garden and Parking

Walled garden of just over a third of an acre.

There is ample parking on the farmyard.

Other Information

There is full gas central heating throughout the cottage included in the rental from May to September and charged for at a flat rate of £20 per week at all other times. Please leave your payment at the property.

Regretfully, no pets as this is a working farm.

NB The property is single storey and therefore suitable for semi-ambulant. There are 2 steps into the cottage and should you require wheelchair ramps, please ask at the time of booking when we can arrange this with the owner.
