The Jacobite Steam Train in Fort William will allow you to view some of the most spectacular scenery in Scotland, or you can ride on a gondola up Aonoch Mor. Take the short crossing on the Corran Ferry and head for Ardnamurchan Point, the most westerly point in Britain, or the beautiful island of Mull. The area is steeped in history, has an abundance of wildlife, and the magnificent natural terrain has been used as a backdrop in many well-known films, such as Harry Potter and Braveheart. A short walk will take you to the Isles of Glencoe swimming pool, and a regular bus service is available. Oban, Inverness, Loch Ness and the Isle of Skye are all within easy reach. Beach 1 mile.
