Take a boat trip to view the marine and birdlife at close quarters or enjoy a bit of sea fishing. A wide selection of shops and eateries can be found both in Macduff and Banff, whilst further afield the villages of Portsoy, Cullen and Findochty are among several typical villages which dot this dramatic coastline, with quaint harbours and fisherman's cottages clustered along the shore.
