With a range of events activities historic and coastal towns to discover there is always something to see and do. As soon as you open the side door you will see how this stylish property is tastefully furnished full of interesting artworks and all the thoughtful little extras to provide a special home from home experience. The kitchen/diner is well-equipped with electric oven and hob microwave fridge dishwasher and all the equipment you need to prepare a meal for family and friends gather around the table for a hearty breakfast and talk about the days activities ahead. The utility room has lots of space for your boots and coats alongside the freezer and washing machine and access to the bike store. There is also a shower room with shower and a separate WC off the hallway. In the heart of the bungalow is the beautiful lounge with comfortable sofas cosy wood burner TV and DVD choose a film from the DVD library open the patio doors to embrace the views relax with friends or lose yourself in a good book. Head to the snug with TV DVD CD or test your skills on the Wii console or a board game of your choice. After a full day out retire to the lovely bedrooms there are two double bedrooms both with en-suite shower and WC. On the other side of the bungalow you will find one twin bedroom and one king-size bedroom (which can be made into a twin on request). These rooms share the spacious bathroom with bath separate shower and WC which is accessed via two steps. Heading outside at the back of the property the raised patio has table chairs and charcoal BBQ and is perfect for alfresco dining. Walk down the steps from the patio to the large lawn enjoy a ball game or just relax and embrace the mountain views. To the front of the property you can cross the quiet lane and walk up the grassy bank to the sandy beach and sea. There is private off-road parking for two cars at the property and additional parking available in the public car park 200 yards walk. Lockable bike store accessible from the house and garden to make life easy.
