In chillier weather a visit to nearby Rye is in order where you can walk in the footsteps of smugglers during one of the organised history walks which tours its ancient cobbled streets. A light and airy hall welcomes you into this attractive cottage. To the left you will find a contemporary kitchen with a whitewashed floor pretty table and chairs and nautical accessories. In the kitchen you will find an electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer coffee machine dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge continues the nautical theme with seascape artwork and a timber dining table. The dining table overlooks a decked terrace area through French windows which has a table and chairs parasol and BBQ for al fresco dining in the summer. Upstairs the master bedroom with a king-size zip-and-link bed which can be made as a twin if required presents a calm and relaxing space with fresh linen nautically striped furnishings and whitewashed walls. The other bedroom has twin zip-and-link beds that can be converted into a super-king-size if required. Both bedrooms have a clock radio with iPod docking station and share a bathroom with an overhead shower. Outside on the south-facing decked terrace there is a teak table and chairs for al fresco dining and making the most of the charcoal BBQ during the summer months. This then drops down to a pretty pebbled garden which is fully enclosed making it a safe haven for dogs and children alike.
