Close to the Preseli Mountains a must for walkers with many attractions nearby such as Castell Henllys Iron Age Fort Cardigan Island Farm Park Vale of Rheidol Railway and the Cors Caron Nature Reserve. Enter into the welcoming cottage via hallway which has a doorway to the generous contemporary lounge with ample seating TV and DVD. Further along to the open-plan kitchen/diner. This well-equipped space has an electric oven and gas hob microwave fridge dishwasher and washing machine. There is access to outside space from this room. Up a flight of stairs to the first floor where there is pretty master double bedroom with a glimpse of the Teifi River a bunk bedroom and the bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Up the narrow cottage stairs to the second floor there is a sweet twin bedroom (with restricted headheight) and lovely views of the abbey mill and river. Outside there is a charming enclosed courtyard with garden furniture. Useful to enjoy a glass of wine after a day of exploring or to leave kayaks and boards for the more energetic. Street parking 20 yards although you can unload the car outside the cottage. Additional car park 100 yards with residents permit provided.
