This group of three terraced cottages, close to the owner's home, is located on a quiet road in the seaside town of Prestwick on the Ayrshire coast, and situated only 200 yards from the sandy beach with stunning views over the sea to the Isle of Arran and Ailsa Craig. Prestwick has many independent shops and a good selection of pubs and restaurants, as well as a direct train link to the cosmopolitan city of Glasgow. Close by are the seaside towns of Ayr and Troon.

Situated on the Ayrshire Coastal Path, a 100-mile long coastal walk, on one of the finest panoramic coastlines in the British Isles, the cottages are a haven for walkers. Crowned with a superb backdrop of the ever-changing profile of the mountains of Arran across the Firth of Clyde, this coastline is steeped in history and teeming with wildlife, including red squirrels, deer, otters and seals, and is also great for bird watching. Inland, there are gardens and castles to visit, horse riding, racing and a choice of golf courses, with the world famous Turnberry close to hand. Culzean Castle (owned by the National Trust for Scotland) is spectacular and is Ayrshire's most popular tourist attraction.

Nestled in the heart of Burns Country, steeped in tradition and history, make time to visit Burns Cottage, The Burns Memorial Museum and the Brig o' Doon, the bridge from the famous poem 'Tam o' Shanter', a must for Burns fans. Day trips to Ireland can be taken from Cairnryan, whilst a short drive leads to Ayr, a traditional seaside town, and even Stirling, Glasgow and Edinburgh can be easily reached for a day out. Also accessible is Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park, and ferry links to the islands of Arran, Bute and Cumbrae. Beach 100 yards. Shops, pubs and restaurants 250 yards.
