ACCOMMODATION This superb two-storey cottage has access from the courtyard garden and has cafe style table and chairs near to the front door.

All have been furnished to the very highest standards with sumptuous settees, modern furniture, hand crafted kitchens, fully tiled bathrooms, under-floor heating, Karndean tile flooring and flat screen TV's and DVD with cinema surround sound. All guests have the use of the extensive South facing terrace with a number of tables and benches to enjoy a quiet drink or alfresco meal whilst taking in the magnificent views.
LOUNGE A magnificent first floor lounge has a cathedral ceiling and a large church style window to appreciate the north facing views. An impressive open-plan living area features a comfortable sitting area to relax or watch TV.
KITCHEN Modern kitchen is fully equipped to a very high standard with ceramic hob, fan assisted oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and microwave. Modern dining table with bench seating.
BEDROOMS There are two east facing bedrooms, both on the ground floor; the master bedroom has a king-size bed, and, along with the family bathroom. A beautiful en suite shower room has a magnificent shower, shaver socket, illuminated heated mirror and heated towel rail. The second ground floor bedroom has twin single beds. Baby Friendly Accommodation, suitable for 4 adults/children in beds or 2 adults, 1 infant in a travel cot in twin bedroom only.
