For a more leisurely day out, enjoy a ride on the Romney Hythe and Dymchurch Steam Railway from Hythe to Dungeness Lighthouse, via Dymchurch and New Romney. The Lower Leas Coastal Park at Folkestone is ideal for cycling or spend a day at the races at Folkestone Racecourse. There is golf, sailing and fishing locally, and good train connections to London.
