Pianissimo (ref UKC1690) is the very definition of quiet. Nestled in a private area at the bottom of the owner's extensive, well maintained garden this pretty shepherd's hut has been built and decorated to create a magical place to stay. Just a Minim (ref UKC1691) is named after a musical note and has been built and presented to very good standards. Detached and sitting within the courtyard of the owner's property and gardens it provides all you need for a comfortable and restful stay. The owners live on site, and the properties lie within the quiet hamlet of Rushford with Knettishall Heath, Thetford Forest, High Lodge and Go Ape close by, ensuring that those who like to get close to nature won't be disappointed. In a location perfect for country walks and gentle cycling routes, and very well placed at the edge of Norfolk, this is a great base from which to explore both Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire. For a change of pace, explore the bustling market town of Bury St Edmunds or maybe take a trip to Ely with its magnificent cathedral, rising up on the horizon like a mighty vessel and nicknamed the 'Ship of the Fens'. The medieval city of Norwich and the Hanseatic port of Kings Lynn are also within easy reach, as is the university city of Cambridge. You can head west or east and be in Hunstanton, Wells-next-the-Sea, Southwold or Great Yarmouth in just over an hour. After a busy day's sightseeing, head back to these quaint abodes where you can relax, unwind and dream of adventures yet to come. Shop, pub and restaurant 4 miles.
