S46150 is a charming lodge located in a magnificent rural location close to dramatic coastlines, sandy beaches, family attractions and numerous golf courses. The lodge is set in a resort which has 25-acres of landscaped grounds, in the peaceful Girvan Valley, just five miles from Ayrshire's picturesque coastline. For those who want to relax and unwind there is no need to stroll any further than the grounds with its nine hole putting green and children's play area. Whilst the area is known for its mild climate there is still plenty to enjoy inside with a shared indoor heated swimming pool, sauna and gym all available to use, or why not have a game of pool or table tennis in the games room?
Ayrshire is the birthplace of the National Bard, Robert Burns; visit his birthplace and enjoy this 21st century tribute to Burns. There are many country parks and castles to visit including Culzean Castle or take the ferry from Ardrossan across to Arran to visit Brodick Castle and Country Park. If you prefer walking, the Ayrshire Coastal Path stretches for 147km from the southern to the northern most limits of the county, much of the route runs along sandy beaches. This truly is a delightful area of southern Scotland to explore and enjoy.
