The double bedroom with wardrobe and dressing table has a link zip bed enabling great flexibility.

The bedroom can become a twin and the sofa is a bed settee.
There is a fire-bowl you can use when sitting out in the evening.
First load of wood for fire-bowl and log burner is free, £3 for subsequent loads
Guests can use the Petanue pitch free of charge (balls supplied)
The lovely surrounding garden has geese and ducks with a small stream.
Washing machine and tumble dryer use is available on request with a small charge of £2.50 per load per machine.
The Eden project is a 15 minute walk up the bridle way and the house is ideally positioned to join the Cornish Cycle route.
