Property Description

S79881 is a comfortable detached property sitting in a peaceful location on the popular Seaview Holiday Park. Close to the beautiful beach and harbour of Sennen, and just a stone's throw from legendary Lands End. S79881 will appeal to small families and couples whatever the season, with facilities on-site during peak season (Easter-October) including an outdoor swimming pool, bowling, bar and children's play area. The property is also perfect for couples who love walking, exploring the coastline, visiting the many attractions and villages in west Cornwall or simply relaxing and taking a stroll to the pub for great food and drink.

Seaview Holiday Park is a small park of 12½ acres of landscaped grounds, with a mix of quality holiday accommodation including caravans, lodges and camping. There are sea and far-reaching views of the south coast. For young families, there is a meadow with a family area overlooking the children's outdoor playground. The lodge sits in an enviable position with lovely views, close to the Lands End Experience with its fantastic, twice weekly firework displays during the summer holidays and access to miles of stunning coastal paths with some of the UK's most spectacular scenery.

Stroll along White Sands Bay at Sennen with its beautiful, flat white sandy beach, popular with surfers (surfing lessons available at the local surf school). Wildlife is in abundance, including regular sightings of dolphins in the bay from May. Bird watchers will adore the wild marshes at Marazion or the wide estuary at Hayle, both attract enthusiasts from around the world. The Minack Theatre, overlooking the lovely bay and cove of Porthcurno, is an open air theatre cut into the cliff face with the ocean as a backdrop – an experience not to be missed. The theatre has a varied programme and performances throughout the season, plus it is open daily as a museum and tourist attraction. Visitors can take a day trip to the beautiful Isles of Scilly by small plane from nearby Lands Airport or by ferry from Penzance.

The location is perfect for exploring west Cornwall, including the busy town of Penzance with its tales of pirates or the historic town of Marazion, with St Michaels Mount rising from the sea on its rocky island. Continue along the coast to the quaint fishing port of Newlyn and the pretty village of Mousehole, with its winding streets, art galleries and tea rooms. Take the scenic coastal route from nearby Pendeen to St Ives, passing the little village of Zennor, famous for its mermaid tales, or simply relax on the decking and watch the sun set. Beach 1 mile.
