There is a good range of small shops and restaurants in the historic market town of Stony Stratford, 8 miles. For canal enthusiasts the Grand Union Canal is nearby with many scenic walks and pubs along the towpaths. The Stoke Bruene Canal Museum is 2-minute drive. There are plenty of places to visit and explore with walking and cycle routes throughout this area, and for those wishing to explore further afield, Stratford-upon-Avon is less than an hour's drive away.
