Within walking distance is the local pub and the Camel Trail, a level disused railway line, with an abundance of wildlife along the Camel Estuary – ideal for walkers, cyclists and horse riding. The properties are ideally situated to visit the North Cornwall coastal resorts of Tintagel, Boscastle, Port Isaac, and Padstow – home to Rick Stein's famous fish restaurant. Close by are the South Cornwall coastal resorts of Fowey, Looe and Polperro, or take a trip to the famous Eden Project. A short drive away is unspoilt Bodmin Moor, Rough Tor and Brown Willy. Golf, horse riding and fishing are all nearby. Shop and restaurant 1½ miles, pub ½ mile.
