This pretty semi-detached cottage makes the ideal location to enjoy a relaxing country holiday. It is peacefully situated in the countryside at the end of a country lane, next to the owner's home and with panoramic views over Exmoor. The cottage is located on the owners 400-year old farm which is nestled at the head of a valley and surrounded by fields, with 7-acres of woodland to explore. Although no longer a working farm, there are ponies, sheep, goats, chickens and ducks on the farm. This is an ideal location for touring Exmoor and to experience the pace of life in this untouched part of the UK.

This beautiful region offers walking for all abilities along with some great locations to visit including Dunkery Beacon, Withypool, Lanacre and Tarr Steps. The market town of Dulverton is worth a visit and has a good range of shops and restaurants. The coast is within easy reach with Minehead nearby with a huge array of shops and amenities, as well as the famous West Somerset Railway and there are beaches at Blue Anchor and Dunster, which is a pretty medieval town with a National Trust castle. Other places of interest include Porlock and Porlock Weir both nearby, and a bit further along the coast are Lynton and Lynmouth, the two towns being connected by the Victorian cliff railway. Small enclosed courtyard with sitting-out area, garden furniture and barbecue. 7-acres of natural woodland (shared with owner and other property on-site). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: These properties have a natural water supply from a well and there is a stream in the grounds.
