Excellent walking and some great spots to visit including Withypool, Lanacre and Tarr Steps. There is also a range of wildlife including deer and Exmoor ponies. Visit medieval Dunster with its castle (NT), Minehead, Porlock, Porlock Weir, Lynton and Lynmouth. Beach 6½ miles. Shop and pub 1 mile.

Oil central heating ( £25per week, £20 per short break October-April), electricity, bed linen and towels included. Welcome pack. Use of owner's washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. Patio with sitting-out area, garden furniture and barbecue. 5-acre grounds (shared). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: The property has a natural water supply from a borehole. There is a pond in the grounds, 300 yards away.
