The property is accessed from the front through a communal hallway and up two flights of stairs to the second floor and is situated on the heart of the harbour side and is handy for Brixham's delightful restaurants, many serving fish landed in the town on the same day.
The early birds can enjoy a tour of the Brixham Fish Market which begins at 6am and takes in the daily fish auction and enjoy a locally sourced breakfast as part of the cost, and a sunrise walk along the breakwater also comes highly recommended.The outside of the building is being painted between 5th and 19th December 2016.
