BEDROOMS Two – both on the 1st floor. Master bedroom with king size bed (access from one side only), bedside cabinets, large mirrored wardrobe, TV/DVD, radio cassette player and telephone. The second bedroom has modern 3ft bunk beds and a built in wardrobe. N.B. All duvets, pillows and bed linen provided – tenants require all towels.
SHOWER ROOM With enclosed shower cubicle and electric Mira shower, wash-hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail.
OUTSIDE There is a communal area at front of the property with a wooden bench.
PARKING A parking pass is provided for the long stay car park nearby.
