Reached by an outside wooden staircase, this comfortable eaved king size room has sumptuous linen and a handy fridge with tea facilities for those lethargic mornings. Freshen up in the en-suite bathroom before preparing a pleasant breakfast in the external kitchen or have your coffee in the courtyard at the picnic bench which catches the sun during the day.

The Waites Barn Guesthouse provides a friendly and communal accommodation for those looking to explore 1066 area, the owner loves to provide a personal service so please let us know if you wish her to organise provisions for you! With three spacious en suite bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchenette accessed separately, you can choose whether to use this comfortable studio as a base, to embrace a communal get together or even organise friends to book the other rooms; Beaton and Capa.

Within the complex there is a photography studio perfect to hire for half a day or a whole day just across from the accommodation, perfect for that project you needed space and light for. Ideal for a photography, an artistic assignment or a room to hold small meetings or events such as business talks, yoga or even bridge!
