Home to the annual Goth Weekend and Whitby Regatta, the wonderful fishing town of Whitby is just 15 miles away, with its historic abbey, bustling marina and famous fish and chips, making it a great place for all the family. The natural beauty of the North York Moors National Park begins just 5 miles away and has some of the most beautiful scenery in the UK, as well as the steam train that winds its way through 'Heartbeat' country.
