Property Description
Brogaig Cottages are rather unique as they are built from corrugated steel and are architecturally designed, taking aspects from traditional crofters' cottages into consideration with all up to date requirements. S78774 (ref UK5330) is a more traditional design, keeping the appearance of a crofters' cottage. The open plan living area is spacious, bright, stylishly furnished and equipped, with a multi-fuel burner and underfloor heating taking all your comforts into consideration. Storr (ref UK5331) has a more modern design, with a panoramic floor to ceiling window. These detached cottages are situated on a working croft in the crofting township of Brogaig-Staffin, at the foothills of the S78774 which has the most dramatic landscape on Skye. Views over Staffin Bay and the hills beyond can be enjoyed from the comfort of the cottages. The owners who live nearby, are both local, native Gaelic speakers, and are on hand to assist with any queries and to give advice on places to go and see.
