Situated in the town of Ivybridge and located on the edge of Dartmoor an ideal place for those who enjoy walking or perhaps for the slightly more adventurous a challenging hike thorough stunning scenery. This area of exceptional beauty offers river estuaries rolling hills and the lovely old towns of Dartmouth Totnes Kingsbridge Salcombe and of course Ivybridge itself. The historic city of Plymouth is a short drive and offers a range of attractions including The Hoe Barbican National Marine Aquarium theatre leisure facilities and restaurants. Within the South Hams there are many sheltered coves and long sandy beaches to enjoy. Upon entering the accommodation guests are greeted with a bright and tasteful open-plan studio-style room with areas incorporating the lounge/diner/sleeping area with wooden flooring and large skylight flooding the room with natural light. Comfortably accommodating a king-size bed and leading from the bedroom area is a tasteful shower room with a corner shower cubical and WC. An arch to the kitchen area reveals a well-equipped room with electric hob and oven fridge/freezer washing machine microwave and even a glimpse of the hills of Dartmoor. Enjoy relaxing in the lounge area spending the evenings watching your favourite programmes on the wall mounted TV and in the winter you can be cosy and snug in front of the electric flame effect fire. Outside enjoy a spot of alfresco dining with garden furniture and BBQ. There is also ample off-road parking at the front of the property. Adjoining the owners home but privacy is assured.
