Stepping into the delightful property and through the hallway with lovely original period tiles you will find yourself in the spacious lounge/diner. The next room on the ground floor and approached via a step down from the hallway is a beautifully light and bright kitchen with breakfast table and chairs and a door leading to outside. From here a few more steps take you to the first floor and a single bedroom with additional pull-out bed (which can be used to accommodate an additional guest if required) and a king-size bedroom. The final room in the house is a compact yet pretty attic room with vaulted ceiling and exposed beams and this is approached via steep ship-style steps and offers a double bed with en-suite shower and WC. Heading outside and to the rear of the property there is a small enclosed courtyard area with decking garden furniture and BBQ (neighbouring properties have a right of way through this but it s rarely used). Parking is available in a selection of nearby public carparks and weekly tickets and roamer passes (allowing you to explore the whole of Cornwall) can be purchased.
