Two patios and barbeque are perfect for al fresco dining, glimpsing the Isle of Wight, watching the wildlife or the children playing cricket/ruby/football on their very own sports pitch, trampoline and wooden adventure playground! Numerous puzzles, games, books and DVDs allow less strenuous activity. The separate games room provides family entertainment before relaxing round the fire pit on cooler evenings to toast marshmallows or watch the stars twinkle.
Should you feel the need to leave this tranquil, secluded spot, the house is only five minutes' drive from the New Forest , beach and village shops and a ten minute drive to Sway railway station with links to London, Bournemouth and Southampton. Walking, cycling, horse-riding, fishing, golf, sailing and other water sports are all nearby.

Outside: Fantastic south facing garden, surrounded by fields, has something for everyone – 1200m2 football/rugby/cricket pitch , trampoline, tyre and buoy swings, secret den and paths, orchard, wooden adventure playground with climbing walls, slide. Go-kart available for use in the garden, Separate games room with snooker table, dart board and HiFi.
Included: Bed linen, towels, beach towels, WiFi access, electricity, oil fired central heating and a generous welcome pack. Please note bedding is non-feather. Go-kart , t ravel cot , stair gates, high chairs, carrier backpack, changing mat and steriliser available on request.
