ENTRANCE A flight of steps leads up from Above Town to a row of terraced cottages. The front door leads into a hallway off which is the living accommodation, and stairs to the first floor bedrooms and bathroom.
KITCHEN /SITTING/DINING ROOM A light and bright open plan room with beautiful oak flooring throughout has a comfortable sitting room to the front. This cosy area has a double sofa, leather armchair, coffee table, attractive feature fireplace with wood-burning stove, flatscreen TV, DVD player and Roberts radio. The room opens into a dining area with an oak table and four chairs. French doors lead out to a rear courtyard. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided – tenants require beach and tea towels.
