The property has lovely views over the harbour and surrounding countryside and is ideally situated within a two minute walk of Salcombe's pretty waterfront and an array of shops, pubs and restaurants.Location Within two minutes walk of town and quays. Public car park within 400 yards.

VIEWS Over harbour and surrounding countryside from front and rear windows of second floor lounge.

DINING/KITCHEN (On ground floor) Fully fitted with gas cooker and hood, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining table, chairs and infants' chair.

BEDROOMS One with king size bed (ground floor); one (first floor) with double bed and basin; one (first floor) with 2'6″” bunk beds (suitable for adults). N.B. Duvets and pillows provided, however tenants will need to provide their own tea towels

BATHROOMS Two: one with bath, hand basin, w.c., shaver point; one shower room with shower, hand basin, w.c., shaver point.

LOUNGE (On second floor) With chairs, table, TV/DVD, portable music stereo with radio, CD and ipod dock and two stools to take in the view.

BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES Travel cot, high chair, booster seat and plastic cups, plates and bowls. In addition a 'Lindam' bedrail is available for toddlers (kept in bunk room).

OUTSIDE Small courtyard with table, chairs and a bench. A gate leads to Church Street.

UTILITY ROOM Outside utility room with sink unit, electric water heater over, washing machine. Separate w.c.

PARKING : A seasonal parking pass is provided for the long-stay car park from 31st March to 29th September 2017 (5-10 minutes walk away).for the long stay car park for one car.

OTHER INFORMATION The property offers gas fired central heating and hot water, and is fully carpeted throughout. This property accepts one small well behaved dog (not permitted in bedrooms). The property is strictly no-smoking. Broadband available.
