An attractive dining table has six new chairs, whilst double French doors open out to a sunny garden with terrace with table and chairs.

BEDROOMS Three in total. The en suite master bedroom has a King-size bed, built-in wardrobes, TV with Freeview, DAB clock radio and shower room with underfloor heating, power shower, wash hand basin, w.c., shaver point, and heated towel rail. The tastefully furnished second bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and DAB clock radio, whilst the third has solid oak bunks, TV with Freeview and a DVD player. All three bedrooms have French doors leading out to paved side terrace and around to the garden. N.B. All duvets, pillows and bed linen provided – tenants require towels and tea towels.

BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES Travel cot and highchair provided (cot linen not supplied), plus children's crockery, cutlery and a selection of child friendly games, books and DVD's.

BATHROOM In addition to the en suite shower room there is a separate family bathroom with under floor heating, Bette steel bath, power shower (over), wash hand basin, w.c., shaver point and heated towel rail.

OUTSIDE A sunny South-facing front garden has a small area of lawn plus extensive terrace with table and chairs. There is an area of lawn and a sheltered side terrace with large wooden table and benches. Communal deck with views of the town and estuary.

PARKING For two cars (but please note that boats and/or trailers are not permitted).
