This old inn has been welcoming guests since the 15th century, with Charles Dickens and Dr Samuel Johnson amongst past patrons. These days it blends modern design period features and antique furniture to create a unique atmosphere. Next door is The Townhouse, a 500 year old building housing a collection of stunning contemporary bedrooms.
