Located in rural St Ouen, yet only 4 miles from St Helier on the main bus route, the apartment, with its own separate entrance and loads of parking takes the whole floor of our home.
Uniquely situated on a small working goat farm, with chicken’s ducks and bee hives.
We breed rare breed Golden Guernsey goats; with a small yield but excellent quality milk, GG’s are affectionate and docile. We imported the first female goats in 2012 and the first pedigree studs in 2013, since then we have been developing a Jersey Pedigree herd, with a view to the commercial production of organic, unpasturised milk, cheese and butter. If you feel like being “hands on”, we can show you how to milk the goats and give you a glimpse of the inside of a bee hive.
If you enjoy walking or cycling, (bikes supplied), St Ouens is on the island wide network of green lanes or you can stroll down over the fields on to National Trust land down to the best surfing beach on the Island, St Ouen Bay.
If you just want to relax you are welcome to sit in a quiet corner of the large garden and have a barbeque or a picnic but if you are coming to Jersey you really should enjoy the culinary delights on offer, we have some of the best restaurants in the British Islands , great sea food, fantastic gastro pubs and even three Michelin one * restaurants, not bad for an Island 9 miles x 5.
There isn’t a kitchen in the accommodation, but there is a expresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge and we supply, fresh fruit, cereal, homemade yoghurt and jam and of course our own honey for breakfast.
The luxury apartment occupies the whole floor of the house with separate access. Comfortable sitting room with separate bedroom and a luxury bathroom with power shower and bath..
