On nice summer days, the view can be enjoyed from the terracce while the fish is in the pan. The area has very good fishing opportunities, and you can be lucky to catch large fish here. If the weather allows it, you can go out on the sea for fishing. If it is windy, it is recommended to go fishing in Ålfjorden, Sognefjorden or Dalsfjorden. Boats with different prices and sizes can be prebooked. If you go out on the fjord, or walk up one of the many mountains, you will also be able to se an unike seascape created under the collision between the continents Baltika and Laurentia for app. 400 million years ago. The history of geology you can experience in the museum Kversteinsparken in Hyllestad, app 20 minutes by car from the apartment.
