Property Description

This holiday apartment has two bedrooms, each of them comes with its own shower bath. The spacious living room also includes an open kitchen and a dining area. The living room and the two bedrooms have separate air conditioning units each. A covered terrace with a view into the (emerging) garden is located in front of the living room.
The total area of the holiday apartment is approx. 100 sqm.

The living room comes with a sofa (2.5 seater), an armchair, a living room table, a side table and a LCD TV with about 85 English and Arabic TV channels. Beyond that, it offers a dining table with four seatings.
The open built-in kitchen is equipped with kitchenware from Siemens (cooker with ceramic glass cooktop, oven, built-in microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine). Moreover, it comprises a coffee machine, an electric kettle and a toaster. Additionally, dishes for four people are provided.

The bedrooms each have two sleeping accommodations, a tall cupboard and a dresser.

The marble shower baths each are equipped with a washbasin, a premium shower (Grohe) and a lavatory.

The holiday apartment is located in the emerging resort development Salalah Beach, so that occasional construction noise (e.g. hammering, sawing) can not be excluded totally.

The holiday apartment and the resort development Salalah Beach are especially suited for couples and families with children who want to spend an untroubled and relaxed beach holiday in a pleasant ambience with an upscale gastronomy and very friendly service at the Indian Ocean. who are seeking ease and comfort and eventually are interested in making excursions with their own rental car and/or boat trips in the Indian Ocean.
