Further up on the roof deck (good enough for private sunbathing) the
eye stretches through a view encompassing an ancient headland named
Nissia, a sandy beach just in front, and an adjacent rocky coastal
zone, home to civilizations thousands of years old. To the sides the
peaceful azure coastline is dotted with other first row high quality
houses at fair distances from each other.
The owners are an active family who for years enjoy taking maximum
advantage of the sea. They have chosen this four-bedroom property
because it can support their activities: direct access to the water for
canoes, windsurfing even a small dock for those that own a speed boat,
amazing snorkeling amidst ancient ruins, a large plot with plenty of
shaded areas for the after-hours, well shaded at all times with a BBQ
facing the sea as well.
There is no question that the property is comfortable, tastefully

Area Description
Protaras Holiday Villa Mimoza is a seafront villa with unobstructed sea
views ideally located in between the lively resort of Protaras and the
beautifully popular scenic area of Capo Greko, just 50 meters from
Mimoza Beach and very close to the Blue Flag Beach of Konnos Bay.
The nearest Beach which is literally half a minute’s walk from the
villa is Mimoza, a small organised white sand beach that offers a small
restaurant, sun-beds and parasols.
The beach at Konnos, a Blue-Flag destination, is complete with proper
facilities and its charming beach cafe-bar. Overlooking the action in
the bay is “Cliffs”, a great place for a drink and with a touch of
intimacy and romance. Other venues overlooking the Bay are
“Spartiatis”-a clean local tavern liked by locals and visitors alike.
The area’s sole hotel-the Grecian Park-is a modern and relaxed
five-star neighbor who has respected and enhanced the natural
surroundings.
The Villa is about 30m from the Cape Greco coastline, a pristine
Mediterranean landscape, inviting during the spring to autumn seasons,
and great for outdoor hikes and nature trips during the winter. This
environmentally sensitive coastal area belongs to the Cape Greco
National Park, a rugged landmass of dramatic features that has been
sculpted by the cape’s weather into an amazing number of bays, coves
and projecting headlands, with a rich history dating back to neolithic
times. The Park is laced with minute forms of nature, tiny survivors on
rocky, dry grounds, tough small trees wedged in impossible positions
and acres of pines above this coastline. The entry points to the sea
are many, some do require an adventurous disposition.
Protaras
A more family oriented resort ideal for children of all ages has
numerous crystal clear water and white sand beaches, the most famous of
which is Fig Tree Bay and Sunrise Beach which are about 2.5km from the
Villa or about 5 minutes’ drive. Near these beaches is the Central
Protaras Strip where most of the hotels, shops, bars and restaurant are
located. In the same area you can find supermarkets, pharmacies and a
clinic.

museum, created around a sea theme and with its life size replica of an
