This house is located near the town of Larochette and Nommern. It is situated on the Eichelborn estate (Eichelbour), which was formerly a part of the Larochette castle. Although this house is not very luxurious, it is very clean and child friendly and is ideal for hikers and nature lovers. A dirt road leads to the apartment (left half of a semi-detached house). A small hallway leads to the modern living room with an open kitchen. A bathroom and two bedrooms are located on the ground floor (one step). From the terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view of the valley, where the town of Schrondweiler and Nommern are located. The house is situated in a very quiet wooded area of about 1.8 hectares with many historic ruins, playgrounds and a fireplace for those who really love the outdoors. Eichelborn is located five minutes away from Champignon, a small nature reserve with stunning sandstone rocks and a unique flora and fauna. The other half of the house (right side) can be rented under the code LUX022. Nommern is a picturesque village near forests and fields and is surrounded by orchards. In the surrounding forests you will find the unique Nommerlayen rocks. The house is located in a beautiful hiking area. The town of Mersch (8 km) has a mini golf, a jogging track and a tennis court. Larochette is located 5 km away from the holiday home. This is a cosy place with an indoor swimming pool, a mini golf and a tennis court. There are several shops at the camping area as well as a pool in Nommern (summer) and also in Mersch and Larochette. The bus stop with bus connections to Mersch is located just 150 metres away from the apartment.
